Wraith Weed

Large undead, chaotic evil

When a sentient humanoid dies with hatred or anger in its heart while near a wraith vine bramble, the bramble will consume its flesh and soul alike, causing it to become a wraith weed, an ogre-sized mass of undead vegetation. The vine wraps around its skeletal remains to replace its tendons and muscle and the soul is trapped inside a cage of vines, its unquenched urge for vengeance fueling its hideous unnatural movements.
