The obsession orb is a terrible being that resembles a misshapen sphere of black flesh, adorned with four arms that dangle at the creature's sides or crossed over each other. It has no eyes, no nose, no mouth, just a bloated sphere. Despite the lack of a mouth, the obsession orb is constantly making noise, in the form of hushed whispers speaking over each other in different languages.
