Sludge Kin

These creatures have a humanoid form, but are fluid and appear to be made of solid gel. They often hold onto a form they simply like, but they tend to change shape at a whim. They are often the color of their ancestor, but with those that come from Gelatinous Cubes, they can be an assortment of colors.

squint restoration. you can spread your revitalizing fluids to heal your allies. As an action, you can recover up to 4 creatures that will recover 1d4+your Constitution bonus (minimum 1) hit points while in contact with you. this effect lasts for one minute, during which you can do nothing more than heal your allies, or cancel the ability as a bonus action. In addition, if you use this ability on a short rest, allies will benefit as if they had gone on a long rest, but you must consume twice as much biomatery as you normally did or you will gain 1 exhaustion. You can use this ability 2 times and you regain all us
Ooze Nature. You have resistance to acid damage. You can speak telepathically to any creature within 30 feet of you. The creature understands you only if the two of you share a language. You can speak telepathically in this way to one creature at a time. When you take a long rest, you must spend at least six hours in an inactive, motionless state, rather than sleeping. In this state, you appear inert, but it doesn't render you unconscious, and you can see and hear as normal.
Amorphous. You can squeeze through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide, provided you are wearing and carrying nothing. You also have advantage on ability checks you make to initiate or escape a grapple.
Natural Armor. Due to your soft gelatinous body you are ill-suited to wearing armor. Your malleable body provides ample protection, giving you an AC equal to 13 + your constitution modifier. You gain no benefit from wearing armor, but if you are using a shield, you can apply the shield's bonus as normal.
