Purpleborn

As the name suggests, purpleborns are purple humanoid. Nevertheless it is possible that the skintone varies from pink to purple or even blue. If they have hair, it often is black or dark brown. Even beard growth is possible. Their eye color mostly is blue, but every imaginable color can be found. Purpleborns are almost larger and more muscular in build than humans, but this depends on the subrace.
