Lahtoa
While the lahtoa themselves are known for their dull nature and penchant for violence, intelligentlahtoa are not the exception to the rule. Throughout their time many lahtoa kingdoms have stood the test of time and dominated harsh landscapes where their almost simple-minded adherence to code of strength has helped them succeed in places where weaker races would struggle and falter.

Multiple limbs. One of their greatest strengths is their gift of multiple limbs, allowing them to wield multiple weapons or to have an easier time grasping their foe. You have four arms instead of two; these additional limbs can hold objects and wield weapons as normal. You have advantage in checks to grapple creatures equal to or smaller than your size. Your arms get in each other's way at times; while wielding a two-handed weapon, you cannot benefit from a shield or wield a second two-handed weapon.
Built to Last. Lahtoa are a sturdy and powerful people, capable of taking punishment other races simply are not. While unarmored, your AC is equal to 12 + your Constitution modifier. You can use a shield and still gain this benefit.
