Traits

Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were dim light. You discern colors in that darkness only as shades of gray.
Emissary of Water. You have the ability to comprehend and verbally communicate with any Beast, Elemental, or Monstrosity that has a swimming speed, additionally you have advantage on Animal Handling or Persuasion rolls against Beast effected by this trait.
Guardian of the Depths. A being born from the depths of water and whose spirit reflects it, you have resistance to cold damage, and you ignore any of the drawbacks caused by a deep, underwater environment. Additionally your connection to water has allowed you to call it to your aid, as an action you can weave water or pull it from the air in a frosty mist to surround and safeguard yourself and your equipment. You gain gain a number of temporary hit points equal to your level + Charisma modifier. If a creature hits you with a melee attack while you have these hit points, the creature takes 5 cold damage. Transform. As an action, you can change into a beast form, your humanoid form, or your true form. When you do so, your equipment melds into your new form or drops to the ground (your choice). Your statistics remain the same regardless of what form you take. When choosing to transform into a beast you may transform into any creature with the Beast type who is CR 1/4 or lower, size Small or Medium, and does not possess a flying speed. Additionally, while in beast form you are unable to make attacks or cast spells and retain the ability to speak. You stay in the new form until you use an action to transform
