Tormented Soul

Medium undead, chaotic evil

Tormented souls are desolate wretches that resemble charred skeletons with neither legs nor a head, instead floating and looking through a pair of red orbs that float within their ribcages, which look as dark as the night. They think nothing of what they do, so long as they cause misery and destruction. They are constantly surrounded by and can emit a deathly black fog that causes those slain by it to rise as undead minions, and a vile touch that drains both life and soul. Undead Nature.
