A swarm of necrotic magical insects that feed off the corpses of the dead with a preference for fresh carcasses that normally resides within planes of existence where rivers of blood are common, using such as their primary home when corpses aren’t available. In the wilds of other planes swarms of corpse worms congregate in the bodies of massive creatures, and when the corpse is running out of room they begin to seek out new bodies to latch unto in their search for a sustainable food source.
