Sequestered Soul

Tiny undead, lawful neutral

A sequestered soul resembles a tiny, shimmering and spectral skeleton. Their incorporeal bones appear to be plated with gold and other precious metals and in their eye sockets, two gems glitter. Sequestered souls are surrounded by a cloud of faint golden mist that slightly blurs the edges of their form. Sequestered souls aren't very intelligent or malevolent and, while they can be used to scare those who don't know their true nature, are mostly entirely harmless to other creatures.
