Moldorm

Small monstrosity, unaligned

As large and frantically-writhing worms, moldorms can are most often found underground in caves or ruins, but are also known to inhabit habitats as diverse as deserts and swamps. While above ground, moldorms writhe in rapid, frantic, and unpredictable patterns. While below ground, they usually wait in ambush to leap out of the ground to bite into unsuspecting prey.
