A loovar takes the form of a particularly large fish found in ocean depths, with a distinct violet-colored backside, blunt face, and pale underbelly. It is primarily a herbivore, with a diet consisting mostly of algae, though it resorts to a carnivorous diet when food is scarce. It is a meaty, albeit common catch among terrestrial fisherman.
