The kobold boss is a kobold warrior who has been at this for a while. They've taught other kobolds how to survive, and are usually leading a large group of kobolds that include a good number of kobold warriors. Although not as fast as they once were, the boss is tougher for all their experience. Kobold bosses almost always attract the interest of dragons.
