Slithering menacingly through the darkness, the deep blue figure of an indigo slime feeds on anything it can find, even things that it cannot digest, such as bone, metal, and stone. It expels these indigestible objects from its body, and areas inhabited by indigo slimes often contain partly dissolved bones and more-or-less perfect metal objects scattered about in unusual places.
