Dimetrodon, Variant
Often confused for a dinosaur, dimetrodon is actually closer to you and I than any dinosaur that ever lived. This creature blurs the line between mammal and reptile, as it shares characteristics of both: dimetrodon walks on lizard-like feet and has crocodilian scales on its belly, but every other part of its body has bare skin and it possesses whiskers showing its relation to mammals.
