Deathvine

Large plant, unaligned

The bloodthirsty deathvine is as thick as a man's arm, and lies in ambush, lashing out with its long body when prey draws too close. They dwell in forests and overgrown ruins where prey is plentiful, and release pollen when they attack, drawing others of their kind in to feast upon a new kill. Unwary Carriers. Those that survive a deathvine attack rarely escape without taking one of the vine's seeds with them.
