Astrovargs are wolves that have adapted to live in space. They live in packs on asteroids and tiny planets, where they hunt anything edible that resides there, migrating to other astronomical objects or spelljamming vessels when overpopulated. They resemble their terrestrial cousins, but with a smooth bony carapace that covers their forequarters, and two large ram-like horns. These horns are used to knock down large prey, gesture to other pack members, or butting heads in contests of leadership.
