It regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. ***Iceshard Arrow.*** You can expend 3 charges when you hit with an attack using this magic bow to cause the arrow to turn to ice and shatter in mid-air. Choose up to three targets within 30 feet of your original target. Your original target takes damage as normal, and each chosen target takes 1d6 cold damage. ***Thunder Arrow.*** You can expend 2 charges when you hit with an attack using this magic bow to cause the attack to release a peal of thunder. The target takes damage as normal, and each creature within 15 feet of the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 2d6 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
