Feral Cat

You have lived by yourself or in a rough group of rogues. You had to look for yourself first above everything else. Survival in the wild is hard and unkind. You had to eat rotten food and have gotten sick from it. What does not kill you, makes you stronger and experience bad events. It is not an easy life.
Skill Proficiencies: Athletics and Perception
Tool Proficiencies: None
Languages: None
Equipment: dead mouse

Feature: Harsh Life

No matter where you go, people are afraid of you due to your reputation. You gain advantage to poison and disease conditions.

Suggested Characteristics

Personality Traits (d8)

1The only person that matters is me
2I always have a plan for what to do when things go wrong.
3The first thing I do in a new place is note the locations of prey and shelter. I never know when I will need them
4I stretch the truth for the sake of a good story.
5To me, a tavern brawl is a nice way to get to know a new city.
6I never pass up a friendly wager.
7My language is as foul as an otyugh nest.
8I like a job well done, especially if I can convince someone else to do it.

Ideals (d6)

1Respect. The thing that keeps a group together is mutual respect or fear between leader and pack members. (Good)
2Fairness. More work you do, the more reward you get. (Lawful)
3Freedom. The wilderness is freedom—the freedom to go anywhere and do anything. (Chaotic)
4Mastery. I’m a predator, and the other people in the wilderness are my prey. (Evil)
5People. I’m loyal to my friends, not to any ideals, and everyone else can take a trip down the Styx for all I care. (Neutral)
6Aspiration. Someday I’ll own my own group and chart my own territory. (Any)

Bonds (d6)

1I’m loyal to my leader first, everything else second.
2I’m trying to pay off an old debt I owe to a generous benefactor.
3I’ll always remember my first pack.
4Someone I loved died because of a mistake I made. That will never happen again.
5I was cheated out of my fair share of the profits, and I want to get my due.
6Ruthless person murdered my leader and rest of my pack, and left me to die. Vengeance will be mine.

Flaws (d6)

1I follow orders, even if I think they’re wrong.
2I’ll say anything to avoid having to do extra work.
3When faced with a choice between my life and my friends, I usually choose my life.
4If there’s a plan, I’ll forget it. If I don’t forget it, I’ll ignore it.
5I can’t help but pocket loose coins and other trinkets I come across.
6My pride will probably lead to my destruction.
