Cannibal

One way or another, you have developed a taste for the repulsive: forbidden flesh. While cannibals are known to usually eat the flesh of their own kind, this does not restrict, say, a human who eats elves and dwarves from being called a detestable cannibal. There is a colorful amount of cannibals, with a mix of motive and method. Some cannibals see their diet as a ritual, and cannibalism being integral to it. Religious ceremonies sometimes involve sacrifices and a following feast of the sacrificed body. Other forms of this include cultures which have enshrined the act of cannibalism in their diet. This can be a practical application, as they eat the elderly, who do not have anymore perceived use in society. They have no qualms eating the weak as a way to fuel the strong.

Feature: Those of a Different Taste

As those of a complex and niche taste preference, you and others with this persecuted diet have ways to get what you need. You have some shady contacts with dealers of forbidden comestibles. This can extend beyond just forbidden meat, and can cover parts of the underworld, including illegal substances like poison. Since this is largely with criminal undertones, these people will not provide for your lifestyle, but they can pass on information down the grapevine about illegal smuggling, dealing, and safe-houses.
